Simply indicate the reason for your
return, include the invoice with your return, and wrap
the package securely. (Usually the bubble envelope in
that they arrive in can be used for the return).

The maximum postage refunded for any recorded
item refunded will be £2. We will replace faulty
product with the same product or refund back to a credit
card if the product is no longer available. Please note
that our returns policy is only valid for 28 days from
receipt of goods.

Refunds
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving
it, for a full refund. We will refund your credit/debit
card once we have received and processed the item (please
allow up to 14 days). Please note that we can only refund
delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
Testing
We do test every single return, if a returned product
is found not to be faulty by our independent test centre
we will return the product with a postage charge equivilent
to the items postal value.
